In 2024/2025, I took part in the Cross-Cultural Competence module as part of the CAS Leadership at the Swiss Distance-Learning University of Applied Sciences (FFHS). I found the practical insights into how cultural differences influence collaboration and which strategies contribute to respectful and successful cooperation particularly valuable. I was able to take away specific tools that I can use in my day-to-day management role, especially when dealing with diverse teams.
